Nettech is a small business company in which you can grow and get ahead if you are willing to put in the work. With a wide array of personalities, this workplace provides a never boring environment. Each day is different. I personally thrive in circumstances like that, especially with the volume of work management let me take on. If you are willing to take on a challenge, you will be provided with the opportunity, and it will not be taken for granted. If you are willing to do just your job, that's fine too. However, doing your job is expected of you - and for this company that includes dealing with chaos and with the growing pains of a blossoming small business.

As a growing small business, Nettech faces the challenge of streamlining processes. Chaos is all around you. If you are not able to multitask, delegate, create order in chaos, or stick to your guns, this place might be too much of a challenge for you. In a small business you get tapped on the shoulder. Furthermore, hierarchy is a troublesome issue in this company. On the one hand, there is lots of hierarchy. On the other hand, up to recently, there is a general lack of accountability. It's a fine line to walk. Lastly, 'get it done' is a well-known phrase in Nettech, but it's not always that simple, especially if it undermines the general process. Decisions or projects are not always thought through before they are started, which creates more chaos and problems later on. It gets fixed, but it comes with a lot of unnecessary stress.
