Overall good company, the Canadian office not so much - Senior Product Management bei NetSuite: Mitarbeiterbewertung

The team in Canada is not good. A manager that only wants "yes" people and goes against anyone with a mind and a team that does not speak up makes for an uncomfortable place to work. The software requires a major technical renovation to bring it to the 21st century, it's old and slow as hell. Higher management depends so much on the opinion of the founder that decisions take forever to be made and it always end up being the owner's call and not the manager in charge (regardless of the data presented).
