Management overwhelms employees a lot. No work life balance

Small company - easy to know all the colleagues

Micromanaging is up to the roof, managers have trust issues with almost all the employees. Benefits are really poor and pays are 15% less than competitors. No flexibility at all when it comes to working remotely. No salary review in over 3 years. Role was quite different compared to what was discussed in the recruiting process.
