Good working environment, HR tries their best to keep employees motivated, C-level executives don’t know what they are doing and lack technical knowhow. The latter is reflected in the numerous initiatives that were started but never completed and the too many strategy changes. Because of this and lack of modernisation, the product and technologies used are starting to show their age.
