Nice people to work with - Summer Intern bei NetMatch: Mitarbeiterbewertung

- very nice web development projects - high technical level; good support from senior colleagues - good collaboration between the people in Romania and the ones in The Nederlands - I do recommend it for somebody who wants to do lots of web development, in pretty interesting, live projects

- not too much people orientation; the current administrators of the Romanian branch are still doing development, and are not completely focused on management - project management can be very directive; I felt that they don't trust the technical people's opinions - the career path options are pretty narrow - there's not much diversity in what activities one can do in the Cluj branch - I don't recommend it to someone who wants to do more than just development

Active engagement and constant support from mentors in the internship project Extensive learning material given to interns, in addition to significant opportunities for personal and professional growth Specially-organized activities (e.g. workshops, team building) to make the members of the team more accustomed to each other Friendly working atmosphere Great company values that were also instilled to interns Good communication with the HR department All in all, I feel that a lot of thought and work were put towards the internship project, which was my way of first getting into contact with the company. An internship at NetMatch is a great kick start for future careers and a valuable learning opportunity.

I haven't encountered any worth-mentioning downsides during the 2 months spent at NetMatch
