This company is completely dysfunctional and incompetent.
There are no processes, no structure, and no understanding of how to manage employees.
Management has no idea what they’re doing and provides zero guidance or support.
Systems constantly fail, basic tools are missing, and salaries are embarrassingly low.
The workplace is filled with toxic politics and highly unprofessional people. Employees are fired abruptly without any reason or accountability, clearly showing that the company cannot afford or sustain its workforce.
