Competitive compensation packages. Realistic work-life balance. Large company with numerous internal opportunities for growth. Recognition for work performed and projects completed. Mostly remote culture but with many opportunities to spend time in the various offices (which are very nice) to connect with colleagues. Strong leadership that seems to be doing a good job navigating the market we are currently in.
