Pros
Not super stressful. Decent perks - on-site cafeteria, gym, etc. I think the CEO is doing an ok job - he is committed, passionate, and holds himself accountable. I just don't think there is much he can do to steer this ship around.
Kontras
Not the top tier of people. A lot of top talent has left. It's a shrinking market so there's only so much NetApp can do. If you are near the end of your career, it might be ok to stick it out there, but otherwise, not a good place to develop your career. Not as much flexibility as I would have liked.
