      Worked alongside tenured Account Executives who trained and assisted my efforts to easily roll into the next role.

      Kontras

      Training wasn't long enough for someone not in the tech space. We were mixed with people that have been in the business for years and a lot of the info was brushed up on and understood to be common knowledge.

      Great office location Collaborative team and coworkers with product resolution for customers Ongoing learning new technologies in the field DEI and options for more unique perspectives

      NetApp has a tendency to have proprietary knowledge so it's difficult to confirm if this can translate well to other companies/industries While there is DEI and more the office can have a tendecy to have people state things that are flat out harmful to others this isn't covered and ignored Company has lots of layoffs and it's difficult to guage when this may happen and if you'll be impacted or not
