Churn and burn culture. Promotions and raises are scarce. It looks like the intent is to extract as much out of employees as possible, withhold promotions or wage adjustments and when the employee finally quits, the company replaces them with a fresh grad. Everyone has an idea of everyone else's salaries and there's definitely some resentment.
