Pay scale is higher than other companies. Its a good place for performers since there is a 1-1 relationship between clients and employees. Their business model is different and fun to work in. They offer good onsite opportunities. Easy to talk to higher management.

Even if you do a good job, appreciation,often, is only given in words. Older people who have been in company for a long time are given precedence and preference over younger newer employees while giving awards/appreciations regardless of the work being done.
