Pros
The benefits of the parent company were quite rewarding. There were Sam's Club memberships, a generous yearly bonus, some work from home opportunities.
Kontras
The direction of the company was inconsisent and poorly managed. Many "would be" customers were turned away by pricing schemes designed to milk them out money. Instead of being honest and ethical to their customers I noted regular billing irregularites for service and merchandise purchased through the company, afterwich, was excluded from all customer billing processes. Internal customers are equally targeted by these practices in order for the company to show less of a loss on their ledger. Training was only encouraged and paid for a couple employees, everyone else was on their own to learn and implement new technologies. There were no opportunities for advancement, only a constant struggle to prove your own worth and stay employed, unless you were a personal friend of the assistant director. They were the only people who didn't have to regularly turn in a rediculously, minute to minute, weekly status update.
