Divide between front level and management. Disorganized, new hires train new hires, management favours and very unprofessional. State morning hours then make you work evening hours. Some staff work but some staff do little to nothing. Don't recommend for anybody unless you desperately need a job. This place is like going back to secondary school. Little room to advance unless you are a manager. Unprofessional managers. Simple responsibilities but managers make it sophisticated. Small company run like a secondary school. Not recommended whatsoever!
