They expect you to work in snow storms if you dont make it in, you will be pointed. 50 some stairs you have to climb before you start your shift. Lots of safety hazards Unorganized Open door policy but literally watches from the camera in their office and wont open the door. Sexist company. Do not train enough Supervisors lie on you .
