1. They pay you for 8 hours, but you end up working for 11-12 hours EVERYDAY that too till MIDNIGHT. 2. Clients are in Pacific time zone, hence "evening working shift" is there. Now, you must have understood why they offer "flexible working hours" :) 3. No clear KRAs on which you will be assessed for appraisals. 4. No clear instructions to new joiners on who is their reporting manager. Most of the time, new joiners gets confused while applying for a leave to select the RM for approval.

Since you are a current team member at Neova, we encourage you to take this up with the management team and get a resolution to your concerns at the earliest. Flexible working hours are provided to balance work and life. However, we highly recommend that if anyone is working beyond 8 hours consistently, one must bring it up with the manager. Management is fully supportive and committed to finding a resolution for such situations. Work timings and roles are typically discussed during the hiring and onboarding process to avoid any disconnect and frustration. However, at any point in time, we encourage all our employees to discuss concerns during 1-on-1 meetings with HR and Skip Level meetings. We reach out to all our employees on timely bases to get feedback, and our recent survey shows that 91% of Neovans have an excellent work-life balance. Once again, we encourage you to speak with the HR team/management team directly to resolve any concerns. We are firm believers in open conversation and transparency, and we will continue to do so.
