Pros
The coworkers, you will quickly bond and become friends with most because you will realize that you're all stuck in it together and going through the same stuff. Some of the managers/supervisors have your best interest and well being in mind, but this is limited to a few and you will quickly learn which ones they are. Chance to gain some quick experience and leave for a better job.
Kontras
Almost too many to name. Pay is absurdly low for what they expect from you and what you should be payed. Upper management is delusional about what's going on around them. Turnover rate is so high you won't know some of your coworkers for more than a couple months. No communication or clear direction from management, you'll just be left feeling confused and frustrated. If you perform well at your job, you'll just be overworked and under appreciated/compensated. No room for advancement, most of the position changes are given to favorites. Complaints about work problems and issues within the company just fall on deaf ears as management just doesn't want to take suggestions or advice to help fix things.
