The company has several cons. 1. Paid Bond of RS. 1 Lakh rupees to join the company. You need to submit a blank check with the HR department. 2. Employer contribution of your PF will be deducted from your CTC. 3. Very very client-centric company. No one care about employee. I worked around 16 to 18 hours daily for 2 months and I got a kidney stone. 4. If you have good relation with management then you will get a promotion. No career growth at all. 5. Management is not employee-friendly 6. Exact 45 min lunchtime. If you will exceed this time limit more than 3 times then a salary deduction will happen. 7. Think and join at your own risk. 8. 45 min timer is there. It will not make you focus on your work. 9. No family insurance. 10. Poor medical insurance. 11. No Term- insurance.
