The atmosphere is great and i feel valued. Everyone cares about each other and the respect that flows through the office is felt. It's warm and inviting I love coming to work everyday. They are great with working your schedule when it comes to family events school programs or if your child is sick.

The pay could be better but being as it is a small business and continuing loving atmosphere more than makes up for it.

I enjoy working at NeoFill as they are great with communication and have a training program that breaks down each dept. There are plenty of knowledgeable people that can assist with my job, but also know about the company and what works best. As there are the few that can't be professional and back stab, the rest of the company is extremely encouraging, motivating, and wanting to assist in problems. Even in the simplicity of having lunch together is a different vibe than any other place I've been to! It's always been a "look out for yourself" whereas at NeoFill, it's a gathering of friends wanting to do business together. I enjoy this place and have defiantly recommended others to come join me as well.
