Thank you for sharing your insights and feedback. We’re happy to hear that you appreciate the benefits offerings and flexible work arrangements provided by Nelson, including time off during the summer months. We want to clarify that recent changes have been aimed at optimizing our operations as we continue to evolve in the EdTech space. These changes are made with thorough consideration and input from employees, including our company-wide engagement survey. It's important to note that we have a very low turnover rate, and any restructuring undertaken was to enhance our organizational structure rather than in response to high turnover. If you’re open to discussing your feedback further, we would welcome the opportunity to connect with you personally. Your insights are valuable to us as we strive to create an environment where all employees can thrive. Please reach out to our People and Engagement team for a confidential conversation. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts. Your feedback is integral to our growth and improvement journey.

Pros

Can't really think of any convincing pros... Summer hours perhaps, if you are into that. Scarborough if you you live there. Otherwise, stay away!

Kontras

The company went recently through an insolvency process and we all know what that means: don't expect investments in people, processes or technology. Instead, layoffs and cost cuttings are the norm and the company seems oblivious to what that means to its long term survival.
