I do not find any reason to work here. The company is focused only on employer benefits. Cannot recommend anyone.

The work culture is a challenge. There is no transparency. Employees are treated as machines providing outputs! No valuation,recognition. No support provided. Management believes " You work, we pay you. Beyond this we don't know you " how disrespectful it is!!
