Also treated the organization budget like it was his campaign funds, constantly paying for awards for useless executives to make them seem relevant. Awful awful man. Narcissistic ego maniac who makes awful business decisions. Says DEI is important but held a “all white people are racist training” Unreal. Wait for him to be gone before applying.
