Good environment for fresh graduate to develop their skill

Not good for 2 years++ employees. Lately, management changed some KPIs, becoming impossible for some employees to achieve good score, those KPIs become part of parameter whether employees get pay-raise or not. Pay/salary compression was happening for many employees. The result are high turnover. My advise, for 2++ year employees whose pay raise was not enough and become a victim of salary compression, is "It's time to apply to another company and leave your current job"
