Good relation between senior and juniors..Seniors are very helpful..

No work life balance.No such Hr policy..Leave policy is worst..No carry forward option of leave..You can't take leave when u need. Management use slang languages to the developers. Only give hike when u give resignation.No medical benefits.No accidental insurance. Two Saturdays are working in a month.All decision taken care by management...Hr persons are show piece.
