1. there is no job security. people get fired all the time and its a normal for employees. the fortunate ones who are not are overworked like 7 day days and 18 hours a day of work. 2. they had a stove for night shift folk's for employees who can make tea in the cold. But it was removed on the name of building hazard after 4 years because people were using milk too much. 3. coffee mugs are not allowed as they use more milk. It's only allowed for the HR Manager(exception). 4. People get fired like almost everyday. Employee action is like a Friday for them. 5 Company's management is secretive and non cooperative. They don't tell you till the company is sold off and you are getting fired till the last day when it's done and you will be asked to give back your laptop. 6. too much non sense for procedure when there is none within teams. 7. Managers with no management skills.
