Pros
I was working with Navisite for more than 5 years. Below is what I experienced, specially after RDX acquired Navisite. Hope that helps you. Being a mid level company, you can work on multiple technologies, if you are willing to learn. Not many red tapes to stop you. You may be working with a client over a call and suddenly the top management, HR and some of the favorites will barge on the floor giving a speech about #somuchgood. You can end the call early and take some rest. Constant change in the management/policies/direction/directives will always keep you on your toes. A strict guideline for handling Customer could be changed in a week or two so you always keep learning and on your toes. HR policies are just for show. Anyone can be fired, promoted, not promoted and even demoted without a clue. You can even skip reading those to save your time.
Kontras
Management sends email and pushes the employees to put positive reviews on glassdoor. That's why you see some of these short 5 star reviews. Very frequent firing cycles, almost every 1- 1.5 years. Nepotism is at the peak mainly after getting acquired by RDX. New managers are trying to bring in their favorites. You can understand the rest. No criteria of selecting on IJPs. Quite a few of the project management and Solution architect teams are filled with L1 guys (which you normally call NOC or first level support teams)
