Management has very little experience to contribute from outside the organization. Majority of VPs have only worked at Navigate. SVP of Sales has no clue what their true market is and is funny to watch him try and figure out how to 'SVP' the Sales org. The org touts itself on being a great place to work, but they cull all those who would not give them a favorable review ahead of the annual survey. The org has 8 values...come on...you really think it's possible that they can live up to 8 values? I think the most laughable one is "Bring the Boom." I was sold on this, and what I saw my first day fell way short of anything resembling a 'Boom.'
