Management has no sort of communication with their employees. Most of the staff has been there for 5+ years where favoritism and nepotism is malignant in here. Micromanagement causes problems when when their perception is not correct. Morale is at the lowest that it can never be. No room for growth and unprofessional behavior is rampant. Major problems between employees and management looks other way. Management does not work with schedule even if hired as part time you’ll be working full time hours. Training is the absolute worst. It’s hard to go straight to HR for issues about the company when your HR Rep is BFF with management.
