Toxic work environment. No accountability, constant gaslighting by all members of upper management. Unrealistic goal setting designed for failure. Management uses employees as pawns to blame mistakes on and would rather churn through gullible new employees than put some effort, trust, and respect into the ones that want to be there. No knowledge of the basic employment or HR laws. Multiple violations, and offenses are seen as the receivers fault. No opportunity for independence or growth, they want submissive robots who don't question their absurd demands.
