NatureBox is one of those rare organizations that finds the right balance of empowering team members to grow independently as professionals while still developing bonds to come together as a tight knit unit. I can't speak highly enough about the founders and executive team for building the right culture that permeates across departments and inspires the best out of every level of the organization. As a member of the sales team I felt like I was valued, given transparent and frequent feedback, and ultimately became part of something special.

No major complaints. Like any startup, we were forced to be scrappy at times with limited resources but in retrospect this just allowed us to find creative solutions as a team and gain efficiency down the road.
