Great company culture with awesome perks from monthly buddy lunches, always available snacks & drinks, NatureBox University (aka Quickstart training?), department-hosted happy hour, and many more, but you'd have to become a Nomster to get in on this! Great learning atmosphere in the Sales Dept. Everyone is much involved and open to learning/improving ways to generate sales working together as a team. CEOs are great motivational speakers, office managers and IT duo are highly in-tune in helping everybody out as best as they can and above. Most are genuine and very easy-going, long-term friendships will develop and you will soon find yourself hanging out with your coworkers 7 days a week.

Training for certain teams in Sales needs drastic improvement. There seems to be a lack in communication between the managers although they are all very social amongst each other otherwise. Some CS employees get paid hourly, should be on salary - they deserve it and are the face of NB when it comes to individual subscription customer interactions.
