Pros
You'll learn a lot. The people there are amazing for the most part and you'll likely make great friends in your time there. Free snacks and monthly happy hours. Good work-life balance. Cool open office.
Kontras
There is zero structure. Take your job description with a grain of salt because in a few months it will change and you might even end up doing something totally removed from what you were originally hired for. Job titles and responsibilities change frequently, salaries rarely do. At times it feels like management is setting you up to fail. You'll be given a task and specific instructions for how to complete it, then be berated for doing it as you were instructed to do. Management fosters an unhealthy atmosphere of competition between employees and departments. Restructuring and layoffs happen every few months, and there's no apparent rhyme or reason for who goes and who stays. As a result morale is very low as employees live with constant anxiety and feel like they could be let go at any time.
