We receive perks based on who our client is at the Moncks Corner site--but those can (and at time have) been taken away Benefits for FTE's from day 1 Quarterly bonuses--as long as you are "in good standing" and we meet our metrics. The non-management jobs are pretty easy with half of them being very physical, but you don't have to deal with retail customers Set schedules--usually. They have started changing schedules and mandating overtime with very little warning.

If you want to get hired here, HR takes forever--often with long times without communication--and that response time persists even after you are hired. Wants to pull in temps over hiring employees This site doesn't promote from within HUGE communication issues--You almost never know what is happening or when rules change The Site has had over 13 Supervisors quit in a year--that is a huge red flag When people leave they either make it a policy to have less people in that role or expect you to continue to do the work of the people who have left with little to no replacements coming in. They expect people to take on higher level responsibilities without a title change or pay increase to compensate Huge retention problem due to the lack of experience on site Lack of flexibility and understanding for employees--you had a close family member die and another starting chemo treatment? You used up your ~3days bereavement and don't have any PTO right now, so going to the funeral and/or taking that person to chemo will be a point each. Now they often institute Mandatory Overtime--even for departments that are meeting all of their goals--when for the 2 years I've worked here previously it was all volunteer.
