      Always new challenges, potential for growth.

      Kontras

      HQ decided to kill the branch off, their misguided entrenchment business decision killed off all the other branches as well. Stakeholders don't include staff.

      Pros

      The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.
