      A lot of opportunity for advancement. Very interesting customers and applications. Technically challenging.

      Pay used to be less than market but management has made significant effort to be more industry competitive and it's worked.

      Teams were let go after they were purchased. I'm not sure how it is now.

      The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.
