Working at Naked Development has been one of the most rewarding sales roles I’ve had. The best part is getting to work directly with Founders and seeing Naked’s accelerator-like approach in action. The company is designed around making Founders successful, and that makes sharing our process with clients exciting and authentic. We receive a high volume of inbound inquiries, so we’re able to be selective about who we work with. That means when a Founder is approved, we work hard to win their business — but it never feels like a grind because we believe in the projects we take on. I’ve also had opportunities to contribute to Naked’s portfolio companies, helping them start to build their sales processes, which has been an incredible learning experience. Leadership is supportive and forward-thinking. Our Director genuinely looks out for both the team and clients, while still pushing us toward excellence — and that balance makes this a great place to grow.

The pace of change can be rapid, and since leadership are also Individual Contributors, it sometimes means operating in ambiguity longer than I’ve experienced elsewhere. That said, the systems and processes in place make 90% of things clear without needing instant answers, so the balance works out.
