- Huge growth potential (both as organization and as individual) - Consistent growth - Zero politics - Good appraisals, a notch above market averages - Good work culture - Focus on continuous learning, you are trained to get technically strong - Huge learning opportunities - Good quality technical work - Work life balance - Easily approachable senior management - Management listens to you - You get adequate chances to prove yourself - (For juniors) You can change your track if you want to, being it technology or department. I did both and now enjoying my current role in organization. You will get appropriate guidance and support, like I had. - Flexible work hours - Good client strength - Quick action, like on election results day news sites are blocked because they are eating up huge chunk of bandwidth hence impacting project work. Though for interested people, TV was on in cafeteria. Fun with work - You can watch live cricket matches or other major events in cafeteria, and if it is some interesting match you can find management people occupying a seat adjacent to you. - India vs Pakistan, WC 2011 Semifinal match, we had an impromptu party organized with live telecast of match - Round the year we have some events keep on going, like TT, Carom, Football, Cricket tournaments

1. No proper onboarding, No training provided on PM tools. No template provided. 2. Managers - Micro management. Personality Issues. This person will be fired from any company. 3. Adding more and more work. Knee jersey reactions. Calling team members to prepare ppt. 4. The SOP prepared by sales team doesn't have any guard rails. 5. The leadership does not have the courage to standup. As we are collateralable damage. 6. This company is toxic. Please do not join. You will be harassed and abused. 7. I wonder why there is no investigation even when I reported it to HR.
