      I have had the pleasure of working for this company, and overall, it has been a positive experience. The standout aspect is undoubtedly the fantastic work culture fostered here. The team camaraderie, supportive atmosphere, and collaborative spirit make it an enjoyable place to work

      One area that could use improvement is internal mobility. While the company offers a great work environment, transitioning between roles or departments might not be as seamless as one would hope. Streamlining internal mobility processes could contribute to the overall career development and satisfaction of employees. International opportunities are very difficult in Nvidia

      Pros

      Fantastic work culture, great work life balance. People are genuinely excited about what they are working on and the projects are cutting edge. Unlimited tokens (for now at least). Flexible hybrid policy, and easy to take PTO. Leadership is very forward thinking, for a large company there's a lot of sense that employees matter. No layoffs in almost 20 years. Food is pretty good and subsidized. Great benefits, and competitive compensation especially for hardware roles.

      Kontras

      Only minor gripes - currently no gym, and the parking is very limited at HQ. This is being addressed, but won't be completed until 2028. Company has been growing faster than the offices, so there aren't enough desks for everyone. Slightly inconvenient when you can't get a temp desk where you need, but most of the time it's no problem.
