Pros

-Fast decision making -Flexible work hours -CEO has good vision but people under him not able to execute in same way

Kontras

-Most of the Managers are junk ,neither technical sound nor have any managerial skills -Nvidia used to hire best talent but recently all good guys are leaving and mostly dumb guys are joining -HR has very less role ,no feedback mechanism . -No growth in IC ladder everything highly skewed towards Managerial ladder -Pathetic local center leadership ( Bangalore) don't have any vision just trying to make it like other outsourcing center
