You also get to work with the best in the business, which has the benefit of knowledge and skill transference over time. Salary is very competitive, and the benefits program is truly rewarding. The way the company is forging into new growth markets, opens opportunities to branch out into new areas for personal development. It's a great place to have a career...

      There really is not much to say here. Compared to previous companies I have worked at, NVIDIA is more competitive, mainly because it attracts top talent - which can make it a bit harder to stand out from the crowd. But the flip side to that is the knowledge transference.

      Pros

      Fantastic work culture, great work life balance. People are genuinely excited about what they are working on and the projects are cutting edge. Unlimited tokens (for now at least). Flexible hybrid policy, and easy to take PTO. Leadership is very forward thinking, for a large company there's a lot of sense that employees matter. No layoffs in almost 20 years. Food is pretty good and subsidized. Great benefits, and competitive compensation especially for hardware roles.

      Kontras

      Only minor gripes - currently no gym, and the parking is very limited at HQ. This is being addressed, but won't be completed until 2028. Company has been growing faster than the offices, so there aren't enough desks for everyone. Slightly inconvenient when you can't get a temp desk where you need, but most of the time it's no problem.
