Work–life balance for trainees is weak. Trainees are given significant responsibilities similar to full staff, without commensurate pay. Welfare and support structures for trainees are limited.

The staff members make you feel like family, there are staff buses, salary is paid on 24th, there’s 13th month salary, leave allowance, and also there’s a gift card where you’ll get your December bonus.
