- The organization runs on the "this is how we've always done it" mentality to the extent that it should be their corporate tagline. - Newer employees attempting to advance/improve the business are met with heavy resistance and are looked at as disruptors because they think differently/ want to try new things. Newer employees are expected to fall in line with what's always been done. - Culture is at a all time low. Long-standing directors run amok and bully to get their way and while the Executive Director openly acknowledges a worsening culture, doesn't do anything to improve it because "it's not his job". - The Executive Director runs the organization like a 7th Grader would run a lunch table. Certain directors are brought in on what should be inclusive meetings while others are purposely left out all based on how well he likes them. He's prone to confide in one on one conversations instead of leading as a team. Leading to numerous communication problems. - Nonexistent corporate strategy for employees to go off of. - No employees are able to work remotely - Pay below industry norms - High employee turnover
