Employee training budget is very good, you can choose your favorite training course, either competence/technical course is possible. Chance of hands-on, usually large firm have very little chance of hands-on, hands-on experience is considered as important in this firm.
Kontras
Employee is just a part which can be replaceable. Slow promotion. Employee is not considered as knowledge worker, maybe considered as intelligent blue worker in a factory line.
