Generally one can wait for years and not get a raise. *Even though there is an appraisal system, a good appraisal will not lead to a raise. *Management has weak people and know-how skills. If it was not for the capable and committed colleagues that actually do the work, the managements weaknesses would be seen. * No training offered other other than for java developers and testers. * Unfortunately is not a place to invest in as there is no indication that the company will invest in you.
