Disorganized - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei NPIC: Mitarbeiterbewertung

When I left they were in the middle of a massive “reorganization” that lasted well into 2017. The company had been mismanaged and the board decided to clean house with no rhyme or reason. It started with letting go of people that had been road blocks but it was pretty clear that they weren’t going to stop there. Salary was low and raises were non-existent. Work load is heavy for pretty much every position. Also the production is in the same building as the offices so it constantly smells like peppermint. Not bad if you like peppermint, but some of my clothes still have that smell a year after leaving.
