It has a very relaxed atmosphere, their HR department at corporate makes sure all subsidiaries are satisfied with their job, schedule, colleagues, etc. You generally feel like the company is looking out for you. It has worldwide presence and constant contact with other NOV's which could easily lead to new opportunities.
Kontras
Because HR looks out for their team so much, you end up with a lot of good and bad employees. Lay-offs and firing isnt very common in the company, but that leaves with a lot of incompetent personnel.
