Toxic environment - Production Operator bei NOV: Mitarbeiterbewertung

One of the worst organization to work with. Extremely Toxic environment, management doesn’t care. I was involved in a 5 vehicle highway collision on my way to work, and my lead hand was still asking if I would be coming to work when I called from the Accident scene. Till I left the organization, neither my foreman nor my manufacturing manager asked me about the accident. I didn’t get paid for the accident night because I couldn’t go.
