Managers wasting money inventing pointless procedures to keep themselves employed but ignoring the workers when they get disillusioned. Its awful and miserable! I don't know who the chief executive of Airedale hospital trust is, I know her name but as far as i'm aware I've never seen her! Now that's bad!
