The CX and CDP space is crowded, so it's a hard sell.

The co-workers are well meaning.

One of the most poorly managed companies I've ever come across. Management touts a lot about caring about their employees but very bottom line and give no budget to training and developing employees. No people management training but then penalize employees if they're not born leaders. No direction given. There is no room for advancement in the US, though that is where the majority of the sales and revenue is made. Need to be in Belgium to know what is going on and move up. Poor communication for a global company. Lots of politics and playing favorites. I would be surprised if the company is in business in the same way as they are now in a year or so. Need to pivot or rethink the business plan to survive. Just churning money now.
