Dead end, few opportunities for growth - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei NETSCOUT: Mitarbeiterbewertung

No promotions, pay was decent when I started but hasn't kept up with inflation at all. New hires and even backfills are rare. Feels like a career dead end since the work is mostly on legacy tech. Upper management is mercurial, making us waste time on doomed projects. People/culture outside my department are often difficult to work with.
