People are good. Events are fun. HR seems to be active as far as social activities is concerned

There seems to be no transparency related to promotions. If you speak the mother tongue of upper management, it might be better for you. Pay is below par now. There are favorites. If you disagree on some engineering designs, that could lead to you being stone walled (which seems very counter productive). Stocks options grants were very unfair. Senior veteran engineers given same options as new engineers (executives excluded).
